How a BLACKROLL online course for back pain works

In our certified online course“Full-Body Strength Training for a Healthy Back”(Course ID: KU-BE-LLC3U6), you’ll strengthen your body in a targeted and holistic way—with a focus on a healthy, stable back. The course is structured in modules and guides you step by step through the training.
