The FASCIA GUN has a max speed of 3200 RPM for an intense massage experience, but uniquely the speed can also be dialled down to a very low 1200 RPM which is crucial for muscle relaxation and recovery. Based on scientific findings that suggest a better tissue relaxation and recovery effect in lower vibration frequencies, we have emphasised on including the lower RPM levels as well as ensuring an intense effect in the high RPM settings. At home, in the gym or while travelling, the light and robust aluminium gun is designed to come with you where ever you go.

The 4 massage attachments
- SILICONE BALL: Suitable for massaging the entire body.

Self-massage with the FASCIA GUN is very intuitive. This means you’re the best judge of where your tissue needs attention. During use, you can choose between 4 different vibration levels. When developing the massage gun, we made sure that 2 of the levels are below 30 Hz. These are particularly well-suited for recovery, to gently relieve tension and simply treat yourself to a soothing massage whenever you need it. Levels 3 and 4 are mainly designed to activate the muscles, making them the perfect way to prepare before a workout. Depending on the body part, you can choose the attachment that’s right for you.

Please fully charge the device before using it for the first time. To do this, use the included USB cable and the USB-C port on the bottom of the product. Use a 5V 2A charger to charge the FASCIA GUN—do not use a fast charger.
For safety reasons, do not use the device while it is charging.
The single indicator light on the bottom of the FASCIA GUN glows red while the product is charging and changes to green when the battery is fully charged. It takes approximately 6 hours to fully charge the battery. The single indicator light on the bottom also glows red as soon as the battery level drops below 10%.
This depends heavily on the vibration level you use and the pressure you apply during the massage. Generally speaking, the battery lasts about 15 hours when used on the first massage level with light pressure. If, on the other hand, you use the fourth level—for example, to intensively target a large muscle group—the operating time is approximately 5 hours.
The on/off button is located on the bottom of the device. Press and hold it for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off. When the device is on, you can switch massage modes by briefly pressing the on/off button. The FASCIA GUN automatically turns off after 10 minutes. Press the on/off button to turn the device back on.
There are a total of 4 different massage modes. When the device is on, you can switch massage modes by briefly pressing the On/Off button on the bottom of the FASCIA GUN. Learn more about the vibration levels here.

The BLACKROLL® Fascia Gun is suitable for use on the back, neck, legs, shoulders, and other muscle areas of the body. Thanks to its adjustable intensity, each treatment can be customized—from gentle relaxation to deep deep-tissue massage. Particularly sensitive areas such as the face and jaw can also be treated—ideally with the Soft Peaks attachment, which was developed specifically for sensitive areas. This allows you to specifically relieve tension in the temporomandibular joint or facial muscles and stimulate blood circulation without putting too much strain on the tissue.
