“Trust is more powerful than reach.”
Change rarely begins with pressure. It arises from clarity, trust, and a willingness to take responsibility. For us, Women’s Month isn’t an occasion for labels, but for perspectives—for voices that show what sustainable strength truly means: in everyday work, in relationships, and in sports.
Three women. Three perspectives.
An attitude that unites.

Linda - People & Culture

Kimi - BLACKROLL Ambassador
Laura – Influencer Marketing Manager
“Trust is more powerful than reach.”

Impact doesn’t come from controlling messages. It comes from letting people tell their own stories.
For Laura, effective collaboration at BLACKROLL means genuine conviction. When partners stand behind what they share, credibility is built. And that carries more weight than any short-term metric.
“The best results come when people tell their own stories—and truly stand behind the brand they’re working with.”
Trust is not a KPI.
Linda – People & Culture
“Structure provides security—and security creates freedom.”

Processes that work. Decisions that are clear. Reliability in everyday life. These aren’t flashy achievements—but they make everything else possible.
For Linda, responsibility means creating a framework in which others can work, grow, and flourish. Structure isn’t a straitjacket—it’s guidance. Here, security builds trust, and trust drives progress.
Kimi Schreiber – Athlete
“Calm is not stagnation. It is preparation.”

In sports, strength is often confused with speed. With perseverance. With pushing on and on.
Trail runner Kimi Schreiber thinks differently. For her, there’s something crucial between peaks and challenges: conscious recovery. Listening. Pausing. Not ignoring your own body—but understanding it.
She has learned:
- Progress doesn’t come from exertion alone. It comes from balance.
- A challenge doesn’t mean constantly pushing yourself. It means knowing when a break is part of the journey.
- Strength isn’t just about moving forward. It’s about consciously pausing.
An attitude
What unites these perspectives is the conviction that impact does not come from pressure—but from responsibility.
Trust. Structure. Personal responsibility and mindfulness—these are what set things in motion and foster sustainable growth.
The Rethink Event Series
Change Needs Space—An Initiative for Women’s Health

Rethink Vienna

Rethink Zurich

Rethink Leipzig
As part of a series of women’s health events in cities such as Vienna, Munich, Zurich, and Leipzig, we partnered with other organizations to support formats that facilitate precisely this dialogue:
Panel discussions on cycle-based training.
Safe spaces for discussion.
Workout sessions without pressure to perform.
Together with our strong partners Bloomer Gym and Garmin, we facilitated yoga and mobility sessions that were intentionally designed to be accessible—with a focus on body awareness and recovery techniques suitable for everyday life.
The focus wasn’t on performance.
Rather, it was about awareness.
