The Second Chance Collection—and the Process Behind It

When products are returned to our warehouse, we inspect them carefully. We refurbish all products that are in perfect condition and fully functional. Are you looking for a genuine and sustainable alternative to buying new while also saving money? Then you’ve come to the right place. Because when you buy from the Second Chance Collection, you’re giving products a second chance and doing something good for the environment at the same time. By the way, products that come from production with minor imperfections also end up here.

Sometimes less is more

To conserve resources, we don’t repackage our B-grade products. So you’ll receive them unpackaged in the shipping box. This also saves you the trouble of disposing of packaging material. And don’t worry—we won’t withhold any information about the products or how to use them. You’ll find it all digitally in our shop, in a sustainable way, anytime.

A Look into the Future (yes, we can!)

You might be wondering if more of our products will end up in the Second Chance Collection. We have good news for you: we’re continuously expanding the collection. However, we won’t be offering “B-grade” versions of every single product. Why? Partly—and fortunately—because returns are very low. Plus, we often use “B-grade” items at trade shows, events, or training sessions.
