The THERMO PAD FOILS have two different sides. One side is for attaching to the THERMO PAD (A), and the other is for application to the skin (B).
Side A can be identified by the protective film split down the middle. Side B has a continuous protective film without a split.
Place the adhesive film with Side A facing up on a clean, flat surface. First, remove one half of the protective film from Side A and position the THERMO PAD precisely on this exposed area. Then remove the second half of the protective film and press the THERMO PAD evenly onto the film to ensure a flat and secure bond.
The next step is to apply it to the skin. To do this, remove the protective film from Side B and place the THERMO PAD on the desired area of the body. Press it gently to ensure a secure hold.

To turn it on, simply press the ON button briefly for less than 1 second. A quick tap is sufficient.
If you press and hold the button for too long, the THERMO PAD will not start in normal heating mode. If the device flashes blue and does not heat up, please turn it off by holding down the ON button for at least 5 seconds.
