Recovery Pillow Second Chance
The RECOVERY PILLOW from the Second Chance collection is discounted B-goods, i.e. refurbished products from returns and those that come with minor blemishes from production. All products in the BLACKROLL® Outlet are carefully checked and reconditioned by us and are in perfect condition. After reconditioning, the secondary goods are marked by us: We punch a small hole on the label of the pillow and on the travel bag. Of course, this does not affect the function of the product. To save resources, the products are not (re)packed. So they come directly to your home in the shipping box.

Thanks to its special material, the pillow can be easily rolled up and stowed in the included travel bag. The specially designed bag protects the pillow during travel. And thanks to the memory foam, the pillow returns to its original shape every time you unroll it.

Yes. The general return policy also applies to all B-stock products: You can return items to us free of charge within 90 days. You can find more information here.
On the one hand, these are returned products that we refurbish and carefully inspect. This ensures they’re in perfect condition. Additionally, there are products that come from our production with minor cosmetic imperfections. You probably won’t even notice these imperfections, and they don’t affect the product’s function or performance. Imperfectly perfect, in other words.
We do not make any distinction within the Second Chance Collection. Therefore, it is not possible to make a selection.
The pillow cover (the cover around the memory foam) may vary between two colors. In older models of the RECOVERY PILLOW, the cover was black. For the new generation of the PILLOW, a white cover was chosen. Therefore, the cover may differ from the images shown. The color of the cover has no effect on the pillow’s function.
The pillow’s travel bag came in two versions. On older models of the RECOVERY PILLOW, the bag had a green border and featured the product name. The newer version is now entirely black and features the BLACKROLL logo.
Depending on use and care, the pillow can last several years. With frequent use, it’s recommended to replace the pillow after about 4 years to maintain optimal performance.
Our PILLOW is suitable for all age groups. However, make sure the pillow isn’t too high. If your child feels comfortable with the pillow, there’s no reason not to let them use it.
No, our PILLOW cannot be washed, as this would compromise its quality and functionality.
