Compression Boots Second Chance
The COMPRESSION BOOTS from the Second Chance collection are discounted B-stock items, meaning refurbished products from returns or items with minor cosmetic imperfections from production. All products in the BLACKROLL® Outlet are carefully inspected, refurbished, and are in perfect working condition. Your legs deserve soothing recovery after an intense training session or a long workday. The BLACKROLL® COMPRESSION BOOTS can help reduce muscle soreness, relax your muscles, decrease fluid buildup, and relieve heavy legs by promoting blood circulation. The gentle pressure and massage effect created by pneumatic compression can help you take your relaxation to the next level—comfortably from your couch. During energy production, metabolic waste products are created in the body. These must be transported away through the blood and lymphatic system.

Ways to Use COMPRESSION BOOTS
When and how should I use compression boots?
In general, it’s best to use the COMPRESSION BOOTS while lying down or sitting. Your feet should not be positioned lower than your pelvis so that the BOOTS don’t have to work against gravity.
Use after exercise: Use the COMPRESSION BOOTS after a workout to boost recovery in your legs and prevent muscle soreness. Wearing the compression boots for 30 to 60 minutes at medium to high intensity can improve blood circulation, support lactate removal, and thus ensure faster recovery.
Use Before Exercise: Wearing the boots before a workout can increase blood flow in your legs and improve flexibility, helping you prepare optimally for your workout. Use the BOOTS for 15 to 30 minutes at low to medium intensity before a workout.
Recovery use: Even if you haven’t just finished a workout, you can use the COMPRESSION BOOTS to support your recovery and help reduce fluid buildup or relieve muscle tension. You can also use the compression boots as an additional aid to lymphatic drainage. For this, use the massage device for 30 to 60 minutes at medium to high intensity.

Filling the Air Chambers
No matter which program you choose, the COMPRESSION BOOTS always start by initially inflating the air chambers. This is important so that the COMPRESSION BOOTS can ergonomically adapt to your legs. The initial inflation takes about 3 minutes. Afterward, the selected program begins.
If it becomes too much for you, you can trigger immediate pressure relief at the touch of a button.
FAQ
No. The COMPRESSION BOOTS are only intended for use on the legs.
Wear the COMPRESSION BOOTS while sitting or lying down comfortably. If you’d like, you can also elevate your legs.
The COMPRESSION BOOTS and elevating your legs have different mechanisms of action. Overall, the COMPRESSION BOOTS are more effective than elevating your legs due to their continuous and uniform compression.
On the side of the control unit, you’ll find an on/off slider. Use this to turn the BOOTS on, and you can also release the pressure immediately if it becomes too much for you.
If the two BOOTS do not pair automatically, you can pair them manually: To do this, press and hold the Power button on one of the control units for at least 5 seconds. You’ll know the pairing process has started when the pressure gauge begins to rise and fall. Once this state is reached, repeat the process on the other control unit. It doesn’t matter which side you start with. Once pairing is complete, the pressure indicators will return to normal. One of the two power buttons will now flash slowly. The flashing control unit is the one you can use to control both BOOTS together.
Pair the devices as described in the instructions by holding down the power button. If this does not work, try starting with the other device. Before doing so, turn both devices off completely again. If the BOOTS still cannot be paired, please contact our customer service.
To change the massage mode, press the massage mode button. This is the button above the power button.
The battery can be charged using a standard 5V-2A power adapter. Avoid using fast chargers, as they may damage the battery.
Battery life depends on the pressure level used. Generally speaking, the battery lasts about 60 minutes. At a medium pressure level, the battery typically lasts for two treatment cycles. If you need longer battery life—for example, if you’re a trainer or therapist who wants to perform multiple treatments in a row—you can purchase additional replacement batteries.
The COMPRESSION BOOTS can be carried on a plane as carry-on luggage.
