Mode 1 - Standard Mode for Recovery
The blue program is the standard program for recovery. The chambers fill with air one after another, starting from the bottom and working upward. Only when the top chamber is full do the BOOTS deflate again. This program is particularly effective at promoting the removal of accumulated fluid and lactate.
Recommended duration: 30–60 minutes

In general, it’s best to use the COMPRESSION BOOTS while lying down or sitting in a relaxed position. Your feet should not be positioned lower than your pelvis—ideally, your legs should be slightly elevated. This facilitates blood return from the legs to the heart, which further enhances the compression effect. This way, the boots do not have to work against gravity, and the removal of lactate and metabolic byproducts can occur more efficiently.
Use after exercise: Use the COMPRESSION BOOTS after a workout as soon as your heart rate returns to normal (10–30 minutes after your workout, depending on intensity) to boost recovery in your legs and prevent muscle soreness. Wearing the compression boots for 30 to 60 minutes at medium to high intensity can improve blood circulation, support lactate removal, and thus ensure faster recovery. This allows you to enhance the quality of your recovery.
Pre-Workout Use: Wearing the boots before a workout can increase blood flow in your legs and improve flexibility. This is also ideal if you’ve spent most of the day sitting. As an athlete, this helps you prepare optimally for your workout. Use the BOOTS for 15 to 30 minutes at low to medium intensity before a workout.
Recovery Use: Even if you haven’t just finished a workout, you can use the COMPRESSION BOOTS to support your recovery. For example, compression boots can help reduce fluid buildup, relieve pain, or ease muscle tension, or serve as additional support for lymphatic drainage. To do this, use the massager for 30 to 60 minutes at medium to high intensity.
No. The COMPRESSION BOOTS are only intended for use on the legs.
The COMPRESSION BOOTS and elevating the legs have different mechanisms of action. Overall, the COMPRESSION BOOTS are more effective than elevating the legs due to their continuous and uniform compression.
There is an on/off slide switch on the side of the control unit. Use it to turn the boots on and to release the air immediately if the massage pressure becomes too strong. To change the massage mode, press the upper button on the control unit. Use the lower button to set the desired intensity level.
Battery life depends on the pressure level used. Generally speaking, the battery lasts up to 3.5 hours at low to moderate pressure levels. At high intensity, the battery life is slightly shorter. Nevertheless, it easily lasts for several massage cycles. If you need longer battery life—for example, if you’re a trainer or therapist who wants to perform multiple treatments in a row—you can use the continuous power mode thanks to the 2.5m cable.

The COMPRESSION BOOTS 2.0 are the next evolution of our popular COMPRESSION BOOTS.
They offer longer battery life, can be powered by a cable at any time, and feature an optimized design for even greater comfort.
In addition, the travel bag has been upgraded—it’s now higher quality, more functional, and better organized. Another new feature is the option to individually extend the thigh circumference by 7 cm using the EXTENSION PAIR (for sizes S and M).
The Boots 2.0 are compatible with the INFINITY SPARE BATTERIES 2.0 as well as the BOOTS EXTENSION PAIR for an adjustable thigh circumference.
41 cm x 26 cm x 14 cm – perfectly sized for the Boots, battery, and accessories.
The BLACKROLL® COMPRESSION BOOTS 2.0 support natural lymphatic flow through targeted, intermittent pneumatic compression. The alternating pressure efficiently removes fluids and metabolic waste products from the muscles—similar to manual lymphatic drainage. This not only promotes recovery after a workout but can also reduce swelling and that heavy feeling in your legs. As a result, you’ll experience faster recovery and a lighter, more energized feeling in your body.
