Fill out your return form here and get a free return label. The BASE and COMFORT TOPPER cannot be returned as a package via DHL.

How do I return the items I ordered?

Please note that the return option is intended only for our retail customers.

1. Select above whether you want to return the RECOVERY BASE or another product, and fill out the corresponding form completely. You can save and print the completed form. You will also receive it as a PDF in an email sent to the email address you provided.

2. As soon as you’ve saved your completed form, you’ll receive an email from us. It will contain a link that you can use to generate and print your return label.

3. Place the printed form inside your package and affix the return label to the package.

4. Drop off the package at the nearest pickup location of one of our shipping partners.

5. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll first check which items you’ve sent back. We’ll then confirm receipt of your return via email. That’s why it may take up to 14 business days for you to receive a confirmation with all the details about your refund.

Important: The return can only be processed if the return form is fully completed.
